What if my part fails?
Any product that is defective or that fails during the warranty period may be returned and exchanged for a replacement. ECF Automation will cover the shipping costs for warranty returns, just be sure to contact us first to request a return authorization and we will provide you with a return label.
What if I received the wrong part?
If you receive the incorrect part due to a mistake on our end, let us know within 30 days and we will exchange it for the correct part and pay the return shipping.
What if I accidentally ordered the incorrect part?
If you provided the wrong part number or information when ordering, just let us know within 30 days of receipt and we will exchange it for the correct part minus the return shipping.
